I had the opportunity to be on both sides of the recruiting process, as a hiring manager and as an IT professional candidate. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into what hiring managers / recruiting teams are looking for when searching for IT professionals, as well as how to effectively optimize career documents and communicate relevant accomplishments that hiring organizations value.
